\u2500\u2500 MCU<br \/>\n    \u2502                          \u2502<br \/>\n  12 cells                  12 cells<br \/>\n&#8220;`<\/p>\n<p>**\u4f18\u52bf**\uff1a\u6297\u5171\u6a21\u5e72\u6270\u80fd\u529b\u5f3a\u3001\u5e03\u7ebf\u7b80\u5355\u3001\u901a\u4fe1\u9694\u79bb<br \/>\n**\u52a3\u52bf**\uff1a\u82af\u7247\u6210\u672c\u8f83\u9ad8\u3001\u9700\u8981\u53d8\u538b\u5668\u9694\u79bb<br \/>\n**\u9002\u7528**\uff1a\u7535\u52a8\u6c7d\u8f66\u3001\u5927\u578b\u50a8\u80fd\uff08100V~800V \u7cfb\u7edf\uff09<\/p>\n<p>#### \uff082\uff09\u5dee\u5206\u8fd0\u653e + \u591a\u8def ADC<\/p>\n<p>\u4f7f\u7528\u7cbe\u5bc6\u8fd0\u653e\uff08\u5982 INA149\uff09\u5bf9\u6bcf\u8282\u7535\u82af\u505a\u5dee\u5206\u8f6c\u5355\u7aef\uff0c\u518d\u7531 MCU \u5185\u7f6e ADC \u6216\u5916\u90e8\u591a\u8def ADC \u91c7\u96c6\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>**\u4f18\u52bf**\uff1a\u7269\u6599\u6210\u672c\u4f4e\u3001BOM \u7075\u6d3b<br \/>\n**\u52a3\u52bf**\uff1a\u9ad8\u4e32\u6570\u65f6\u7535\u963b\u5206\u538b\u7cbe\u5ea6\u4e0b\u964d\u3001\u5171\u6a21\u6291\u5236\u6bd4\u53d7\u9650<br \/>\n**\u9002\u7528**\uff1a\u4f4e\u4e32\u6570\u7cfb\u7edf\uff08\u22646S\uff09\u3001\u6d88\u8d39\u7535\u5b50\u3001\u7535\u52a8\u5de5\u5177<\/p>\n<p>#### \uff083\uff09\u96c6\u6210\u5f0f AFE SoC<\/p>\n<p>TI BQ769x2\u3001MPS MP2791 \u7b49\u65b9\u6848\u5c06\u7535\u538b\u91c7\u96c6\u3001\u7535\u6d41\u68c0\u6d4b\u3001\u6e29\u5ea6\u76d1\u63a7\u3001\u5747\u8861\u9a71\u52a8\u96c6\u6210\u5728\u5355\u82af\u7247\u5185\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>**\u4f18\u52bf**\uff1a\u9ad8\u96c6\u6210\u5ea6\u3001\u5f00\u53d1\u5468\u671f\u77ed\u3001\u51fa\u5382\u6821\u51c6<br \/>\n**\u52a3\u52bf**\uff1a\u4e32\u6570\u4e0a\u9650\u56fa\u5b9a\u3001\u7075\u6d3b\u6027\u53d7\u9650<br \/>\n**\u9002\u7528**\uff1a\u7535\u52a8\u4e24\u8f6e\u8f66\u3001\u4fbf\u643a\u50a8\u80fd\u3001\u8f7b\u578b\u52a8\u529b\u7535\u6c60<\/p>\n<p>### 2.2 ADC \u7cbe\u5ea6\u4e0e\u5206\u8fa8\u7387<\/p>\n<p>\u7535\u538b\u91c7\u96c6\u4e2d\u5173\u952e\u53c2\u6570\u662f ADC \u7684 **\u6709\u6548\u4f4d\u6570\uff08ENOB\uff09**\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; **12-bit ADC**\uff1a\u5728 5V \u53c2\u8003\u7535\u538b\u4e0b\u5206\u8fa8\u7387\u4e3a 1.22mV\/LSB\uff0c\u52c9\u5f3a\u6ee1\u8db3\u9502\u7535\u6c60 \u00b15mV \u7cbe\u5ea6\u9700\u6c42<br \/>\n&#8211; **14-bit ADC**\uff1a\u5206\u8fa8\u7387 0.305mV\/LSB\uff0c\u9002\u5408\u5927\u591a\u6570\u5e94\u7528<br \/>\n&#8211; **16-bit ADC**\uff1a\u5206\u8fa8\u7387 0.076mV\/LSB\uff0c\u6ee1\u8db3 \u00b11mV \u9ad8\u7cbe\u5ea6\u573a\u666f\uff08\u5982 LFP \u78f7\u9178\u94c1\u9502\u7535\u6c60\u7684\u5e73\u5766\u7535\u538b\u5e73\u53f0\uff09<\/p>\n<p>> **\u5de5\u7a0b\u5b9e\u8df5**\uff1aLFP \u7535\u6c60\u5728 30%~70% SOC \u533a\u95f4\u7535\u538b\u4ec5\u53d8\u5316 50~100mV\uff0c16 \u4f4d ADC \u51e0\u4e4e\u662f\u5fc5\u5907\u6761\u4ef6\u3002NMC\/NCA \u4e09\u5143\u9502\u7535\u6c60\u5bf9 ADC \u8981\u6c42\u76f8\u5bf9\u5bbd\u677e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>### 2.3 \u6297\u6df7\u53e0\u6ee4\u6ce2<\/p>\n<p>\u7535\u538b\u91c7\u6837\u524d\u5fc5\u987b\u7ecf\u8fc7\u4f4e\u901a\u6ee4\u6ce2\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; **\u622a\u6b62\u9891\u7387**\uff1a\u901a\u5e38\u8bbe\u4e3a\u91c7\u6837\u7387\u7684 1\/5~1\/10<br \/>\n&#8211; **\u5178\u578b\u53c2\u6570**\uff1aR = 100\u03a9, C = 0.1\u03bcF \u2192 fc \u2248 16kHz<br \/>\n&#8211;
