{"id":54,"date":"2026-08-14T16:39:49","date_gmt":"2026-08-14T08:39:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bmsvr.com\/?p=54"},"modified":"2026-08-14T16:39:49","modified_gmt":"2026-08-14T08:39:49","slug":"%e7%94%b5%e6%b1%a0%e7%ae%a1%e7%90%86%e7%b3%bb%e7%bb%9f-emc-%e8%ae%be%e8%ae%a1%e4%b8%8e%e6%b5%8b%e8%af%95","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bmsvr.com\/?p=54","title":{"rendered":"\u7535\u6c60\u7ba1\u7406\u7cfb\u7edf EMC \u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e0e\u6d4b\u8bd5"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 id=\"emc\">\u7535\u6c60\u7ba1\u7406\u7cfb\u7edf EMC \u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e0e\u6d4b\u8bd5<\/h1>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u7535\u78c1\u517c\u5bb9\uff08EMC\uff09\u662f\u7535\u6c60\u7ba1\u7406\u7cfb\u7edf\uff08BMS\uff09\u4ece\u539f\u7406\u6837\u673a\u8d70\u5411\u8f66\u89c4\u91cf\u4ea7\u7684&#8221;\u6700\u540e\u4e00\u516c\u91cc&#8221;\u3002\u672c\u6587\u9762\u5411 BMS \u5de5\u7a0b\u5e08\uff0c\u7cfb\u7edf\u68b3\u7406 BMS \u7684 EMI \u5e72\u6270\u6e90\u3001\u4f20\u5bfc\/\u8f90\u5c04\u53d1\u5c04\u673a\u7406\u3001PCB \u5c42\u53e0\u4e0e\u6ee4\u6ce2\u8bbe\u8ba1\u8981\u70b9\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u57fa\u4e8e CISPR 25 \/ GB\/T 18655 \u7684\u6d4b\u8bd5\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e0e\u6574\u6539\u95ed\u73af\uff0c\u7ed3\u5408\u771f\u5b9e\u6848\u4f8b\u7ed9\u51fa\u53ef\u590d\u7528\u7684\u5de5\u7a0b\u7ecf\u9a8c\u3002<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<hr>\n<h2 id=\"1\">1. \u5f15\u8a00<\/h2>\n<p>\u968f\u7740\u65b0\u80fd\u6e90\u6c7d\u8f66\u8fdb\u5165 800V \u9ad8\u538b\u5e73\u53f0\u65f6\u4ee3\uff0c\u52a8\u529b\u7535\u6c60\u5305\u7684\u6bcd\u7ebf\u7535\u538b\u3001\u5145\u653e\u7535\u7535\u6d41\u4e0e\u5f00\u5173\u9891\u7387\u540c\u6b65\u6500\u5347\u3002BMS \u4f5c\u4e3a\u9ad8\u538b\u7535\u6c60\u5305\u7684&#8221;\u5927\u8111&#8221;\uff0c\u4e00\u8fb9\u76f4\u63a5\u9762\u5bf9\u6570\u767e\u4f0f\u3001\u6570\u767e\u5b89\u57f9\u7684\u5f3a\u7535\u73af\u5883\uff0c\u4e00\u8fb9\u53c8\u8981\u4ee5\u6beb\u4f0f\u7ea7\u7cbe\u5ea6\u91c7\u96c6\u6bcf\u4e00\u8282\u7535\u82af\u7684\u7535\u538b\u3001\u4ee5\u5fae\u5b89\u7ea7\u7cbe\u5ea6\u68c0\u6d4b\u6bcd\u7ebf\u7edd\u7f18\u6f0f\u7535\u6d41\u2014\u2014\u8fd9\u79cd&#8221;\u5f3a\u7535\u4e0e\u5f31\u4fe1\u53f7\u5171\u5b58&#8221;\u7684\u67b6\u6784\uff0c\u4f7f EMC \u95ee\u9898\u6210\u4e3a BMS \u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e2d\u6700\u9690\u853d\u3001\u4e5f\u6700\u5bb9\u6613\u5728\u91cf\u4ea7\u9636\u6bb5\u7206\u96f7\u7684\u73af\u8282\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ece\u5de5\u7a0b\u5b9e\u8df5\u770b\uff0cBMS \u7684 EMC \u95ee\u9898\u901a\u5e38\u8868\u73b0\u4e3a\u4e09\u7c7b\uff1a<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>\u91c7\u6837\u7cbe\u5ea6\u52a3\u5316<\/strong>\uff1a\u7535\u82af\u7535\u538b\u3001\u7535\u6d41\u91c7\u6837\u88ab\u5f00\u5173\u566a\u58f0\u8026\u5408\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4 SOC\/SOH \u4f30\u7b97\u504f\u5dee\uff1b<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u901a\u4fe1\u5f02\u5e38<\/strong>\uff1aCAN\/CAN-FD\u3001\u83ca\u82b1\u94fe\uff08\u5982 NXP MC33771\u3001ADI LTC6811 \u7cfb\u5217\uff09\u5728\u5f3a\u7535\u78c1\u5e72\u6270\u4e0b\u4e22\u5e27\u3001\u8bef\u7801\uff1b<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u6574\u8f66\u7ea7\u53d1\u5c04\u8d85\u6807<\/strong>\uff1aBMS \u81ea\u8eab\u6216\u7ecf\u7531\u5176\u4f9b\u7535\/\u4fe1\u53f7\u7ebf\u7f06\u7684\u4f20\u5bfc\u53d1\u5c04\u3001\u8f90\u5c04\u53d1\u5c04\u8d85\u6807\uff0c\u65e0\u6cd5\u901a\u8fc7\u6574\u8f66\u8ba4\u8bc1\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u672c\u6587\u805a\u7126\u8f66\u8f7d BMS \u7684 EMC \u8bbe\u8ba1\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e0e\u6d4b\u8bd5\u9a8c\u8bc1\uff0c\u529b\u6c42\u7ed9\u51fa\u4e00\u5957&#8221;\u8bbe\u8ba1\u2014\u4eff\u771f\u2014\u6d4b\u8bd5\u2014\u6574\u6539&#8221;\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u3002<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2 id=\"2-bms\">2. BMS \u7684\u7535\u78c1\u73af\u5883\u4e0e\u5e72\u6270\u6e90\u5206\u6790<\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"21-emi-source\">2.1 \u5e72\u6270\u6e90\uff08EMI Source\uff09<\/h3>\n<p>BMS \u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u5e72\u6270\u6e90\u4e3b\u8981\u6765\u6e90\u4e8e\u4e09\u5904\uff1a<\/p>\n<table 1\u03bcH\uff09\u4f1a\u611f\u5e94\u51fa <code>V = L\u00b7di\/dt<\/code> \u7684\u8fc7\u538b\u5c16\u5cf0\uff0c\u5e45\u5ea6\u53ef\u8fbe\u6bcd\u7ebf\u7535\u538b\u7684 2\uff5e3 \u500d\uff0c\u5e76\u4ee5\u5171\u6a21\u7535\u6d41\u5f62\u5f0f\u6cbf\u7ebf\u675f\u4f20\u5bfc\u81f3\u6574\u4e2a\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"22-coupling-path\">2.2 \u8026\u5408\u8def\u5f84\uff08Coupling Path\uff09<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u4f20\u5bfc\u8026\u5408<\/strong>\uff1a\u5e72\u6270\u7535\u6d41\u901a\u8fc7\u7535\u6e90\u7ebf\u3001\u63a5\u5730\u7ebf\u3001\u4fe1\u53f7\u7ebf\u76f4\u63a5\u4f20\u5bfc\uff1b<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u8fd1\u573a\u8026\u5408<\/strong>\uff1a\u9ad8\u538b\u6bcd\u7ebf\u4e0e\u91c7\u6837\u7ebf\u675f\u5728 PCB \u6216\u7ebf\u675f\u4e2d\u5e76\u884c\u8d70\u7ebf\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5206\u5e03\u7535\u5bb9\uff08\u5bb9\u6027\u8026\u5408\uff09\u6216\u4e92\u611f\uff08\u611f\u6027\u8026\u5408\uff09\u4e32\u6270\uff1b<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u8f90\u5c04\u8026\u5408<\/strong>\uff1a\u6574\u673a\u6216\u7ebf\u675f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5929\u7ebf\uff0c\u5c06\u4f20\u5bfc\u5e72\u6270\u8f6c\u6362\u4e3a\u8f90\u5c04\u53d1\u5c04\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"23-victim\">2.3 \u654f\u611f\u4f53\uff08Victim\uff09<\/h3>\n<p>BMS \u4e2d\u771f\u6b63\u7684&#8221;\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005&#8221;\u662f<strong>\u5f31\u4fe1\u53f7\u94fe\u8def<\/strong>\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u7535\u82af\u7535\u538b\u91c7\u6837\uff08\u5355\u8282\u7535\u82af\u6ee1\u91cf\u7a0b\u4ec5 3\uff5e5V\uff0c\u5206\u8fa8\u7387\u8981\u6c42 1mV \u4ee5\u5185\uff09\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u7535\u6d41\u91c7\u6837\uff08\u57fa\u4e8e\u5206\u6d41\u5668\u6216\u970d\u5c14\uff0c\u4fe1\u53f7\u5728 \u4f20\u5bfc\/\u8f90\u5c04\u53d1\u5c04\u7684\u673a\u7406\u4e0e\u9650\u503c<\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"31\">3.1 \u5171\u6a21\u4e0e\u5dee\u6a21<\/h3>\n<p>\u7406\u89e3 BMS \u53d1\u5c04\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u9996\u5148\u8981\u533a\u5206\u4e24\u7c7b\u566a\u58f0\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u5dee\u6a21\u566a\u58f0\uff08DM\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a\u6cbf\u4fe1\u53f7\u56de\u8def\uff08\u53bb\u7ebf\u4e0e\u56de\u7ebf\u65b9\u5411\u76f8\u53cd\uff09\u6d41\u52a8\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u7531\u5f00\u5173\u7535\u6e90\u8f93\u5165\u7535\u6d41\u7eb9\u6ce2\u5f15\u8d77\uff1b<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u5171\u6a21\u566a\u58f0\uff08CM\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a\u6cbf\u7ebf\u675f\u540c\u5411\u6d41\u52a8\u3001\u4ee5\u5730\uff08\u8f66\u8eab\uff09\u4e3a\u56de\u6d41\u8def\u5f84\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u7531\u9ad8\u901f\u5f00\u5173\u7684 dv\/dt \u7ecf\u5206\u5e03\u7535\u5bb9\uff08\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5f00\u5173\u7ba1\u7684\u521d\u6b21\u7ea7\u5bc4\u751f\u7535\u5bb9\u3001\u5668\u4ef6\u5bf9\u6563\u70ed\u5668\u7684\u7535\u5bb9\uff09\u8026\u5408\u4ea7\u751f\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u5de5\u7a0b\u7ecf\u9a8c\uff1a<strong>\u5171\u6a21\u566a\u58f0\u662f BMS \u4f20\u5bfc\u53d1\u5c04\u8d85\u6807\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u77db\u76fe<\/strong>\u3002\u539f\u56e0\u662f\u8f66\u8eab\u63a5\u5730\u963b\u6297\u4f4e\uff0c\u5171\u6a21\u7535\u6d41\u4e00\u65e6\u5f62\u6210\u73af\u8def\uff0c\u5f88\u5bb9\u6613\u901a\u8fc7\u7ebf\u675f\u8f90\u5c04\u51fa\u53bb\uff1b\u800c\u5f00\u5173\u9891\u7387\u53ca\u5176\u8c10\u6ce2\u53c8\u6070\u597d\u843d\u5728\u5e38\u7528\u6d4b\u8bd5\u9891\u6bb5\u5185\u3002<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 PCB \u5c42\u53e0\u4e0e\u5e03\u5c40\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff08\u6e90\u5934\u6291\u5236\uff09<\/h2>\n<p>EMC \u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u539f\u5219\u662f<strong>\u5728\u6e90\u5934\u548c\u8def\u5f84\u4e0a\u89e3\u51b3\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u9760\u4e8b\u540e\u52a0\u6ee4\u6ce2<\/strong>\u3002PCB \u5c42\u53e0\u4e0e\u5e03\u5c40\u662f\u6210\u672c\u6700\u4f4e\u3001\u6536\u76ca\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u4e00\u73af\u3002<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"41-stackup\">4.1 \u5c42\u53e0\uff08Stackup\uff09<\/h3>\n<p>BMS \u4e3b\u677f\u5e38\u4e3a 4\uff5e8 \u5c42\u3002\u63a8\u8350\u5c42\u53e0\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>4 \u5c42<\/strong>\uff1aTop\uff08\u4fe1\u53f7\/\u5668\u4ef6\uff09\u2014 GND\uff08\u5b8c\u6574\u53c2\u8003\u5e73\u9762\uff09\u2014 VCC\uff08\u7535\u6e90\u5e73\u9762\uff09\u2014 Bottom\uff08\u4fe1\u53f7\uff09\uff1b<\/li>\n<li><strong>6\/8 \u5c42<\/strong>\uff1a\u5728\u9ad8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u6216\u9ad8\u538b\u9694\u79bb\u573a\u666f\u4e0b\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u4e13\u7528\u9ad8\u538b\u533a\u57df\u5c42\u6216\u72ec\u7acb\u7684\u6a21\u62df GND \u5c42\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u5173\u952e\u539f\u5219\uff1a<strong>\u6bcf\u4e2a\u9ad8\u901f\/\u654f\u611f\u4fe1\u53f7\u5c42\u90fd\u5fc5\u987b\u6709\u5b8c\u6574\u7684\u76f8\u90bb\u53c2\u8003\u5e73\u9762<\/strong>\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u4fe1\u53f7\u56de\u6d41\u8def\u5f84\u65ad\u88c2\uff08ground id=\"43\">4.3 \u5173\u952e\u8d70\u7ebf\u89c4\u5219<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u9ad8\u538b\u91c7\u6837\u8d70\u7ebf<\/strong>\uff1a\u7d27\u90bb AGND
